APRIL: Recognition Celebration (RecCel) & Senior-Send Off
This is a private event for LEAD Scholars and will be held on Friday April 6th, departing from Campus Safety at 6:30pm (this is an off-campus event; the caravan of vans will return when the event is over. Venue information and specifics will be announced as decisions are made by the Advisory Board.
Previous Years' Information
For the inaugural RecCel, attendees met at Campus Safety at 5:30pm to carpool in school vans to the Rusty Pelican. This beautiful venue had two floor-to-ceiling window walls overlooking the bay during the sunset. The dinner included house salad, shrimp and pasta salad, mashed potatoes, herb vegetable rice, warm rolls, carved flat iron steak, chicken marsala and herb crusted grouper as well as a chef's selection of assorted desserts.
